As we continue to expand we are always looking to recruit the right staff and, should that be you and we dont have a current position, we will hold your details on file (if you meet our high standards) and contact you the minute a position becomes available. Part-time and/or full time applicants are equally welcomed.  

Our aim is to ensure high value and high quality services but not at the expense of our staff. We strive to offer the most competitive rates of pay in the care industry with enhancements for evening and weekend working.

Select Community Support will provide you with the correct training and encouragement to make you the best Carer/Personal Assistant you can be and allow you to work in a friendly and supportive work enviroment (see employee comments in our latest CQC report). NVQ or equvivelant training will be provided.

All Staff will:

  • Be subject to a Police Check (Enhanced CRB).
  • Have previous employee references which will be verified.
  • Complete a 2 week induction.
  • Be subject to satisfactorily completeing a 3 month probationary period.
  • Be caring, highly motivated, friendly and professional.
